How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest part of your torso. This is usually just above your belly button.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal. This is typically at the level of your hip bones.
